A Helping Hand Events: Mind, Body & Spirit Fairs

As you will see from the previous post I am organising my own Mind, Body & Spirit Fairs, the next one being in Worthing (near Brighton) on 18th February 2006. The purpose of this event is to create the awareness for people to know what is available to them from a Mind, Body & Spirit aspect, to help them find peace in their life and on their spiritual journey. Now, you don't have to be religious to come to these shows, you don't even need to believe in anything. I'm just asking that you keep an open mind and see what is available to you. We have therapists offering relaxing treatments such as massage and reflexolgy to provide stress relief and ease the tensions in your neck and shoulders, we have professional readers offering insight into your lifetime goals and aims for a more peaceful look at life. We have beautiful products on sale to adorn your body and home, natural skincare products to cleanse and refresh you, and many workshops to attend to enlighten and inspire your mind.
