Manifesting your dreams into reality

Hello and welcome to this week's newsletter from Angel Chakra :)

Last week we were making our own vision boards, or creating our perfect world by thinking about what we really want to manifest into our lives, I hope you all had fun creating that :)
 
This week we are going to concentrate on ways to bring those manifestations into reality, even if it is just step by step. My own goal at the moment is to lose the baby fat I acquired during pregnancy, I am sure every mother goes through this after the birth of her baby, but I have only felt recently that now is the time to shift those extra pounds.
 
So, what I want you to do is to take one thing from your vision board or from the world you created and concentrate on making that come true for you. It can be as big or as small as you like, and please don't give yourself a time limit on it - the more you want something to happen, the more you are telling the universe that it is not there yet, and this will slow down the manifestation process. So instead, take that one thing and imagine it being in your life, how does it make you feel? Using my own example, I know that when I weigh less, I feel more energetic and creative and more able to love those around me as I am happier about myself. Now, to make this more real for me and to really imagine myself being thinner and weighing less, I decided last week when I was away to go into clothes shops that I normally don't shop in because of my size. I decided that instead of visiting my usual clothes shops I would imagine myself being able to shop in any clothes shop I wanted because my size would not be an issue and I could fit into any outfit I wanted. As a result I found the most beautiful dress I had ever seen and I could really see myself wearing it. I imagined what the material would feel like against my skin and the compliments I would receive as I was wearing it (for anyone curious about what the dress looks like - follow the link at the end of the newsletter :D) I concentrated on how wearing this dress would make me feel; special, happier and beautiful :-) those are the feelings I want you to imagine as you focus on your manifestation this week. If you get stuck, ask the angels for help, Archangel Michael can help you with this and his message for you is 'Be clear about what you desire, and focus upon it with unwavering faith' (taken from the Archangel Oracle cards by Doreen Virtue).
 
Another way you can manifest things into your life (if you have trouble visualising the item etc.) is to write it down on a piece of paper and then release it to the angels. This can be done in a ritual, by lighting a white candle (or any colour candle you are drawn to) and saying to the angels something like 'Angels, please hear my prayers, I would like to draw/create xxxx into my life with love, ease and grace. It is done, it is done, it is done. And so it is!' (replace the xxxx with your desire) you can make the request as short or as detailed as you would like, and sometimes making it as detailed as possible actually helps the angels to manifest it more easily as then they know exactly what it is you want to create. Then trust that the angels are taking care of it for you and wait patiently for it to manifest. Don't concentrate on it not being there yet because as I said before, this will actually slow the process down. What I like to do is to put my desire into a box (visualise the box) and then hand the box to the angels to take care of, and then in return they give me a beautifully decorated box as a token of their love and to let me know that they have heard my prayer and are working on it :-) Then keep this beautiful box in your heart and know that your manifestation will be created in perfect timing. What you do with the piece of paper you wrote on is entirely up to you, some people burn it to release it, or bury it in the earth, or even create their own special box (also known as a God Box) to hold their desires in. We will talk about God Boxes next week in preparation for the full moon and how they can help you to release anything in your life that may be holding you back etc.

Action steps: Archangel Raziel (which means 'secrets of God') is the angel who helps you understand, assimilate, and heal your past life memories. Go to a quiet place and say (aloud or silently):
'Archangel Raziel, I call upon you know. Please help me understand (describe your current question or situation) by guiding and healing me through my past experiences and relationships. I ask that you help me balance all karma with everyone involved in this situation, in all directions of time. Raziel, please help me uncover, heal, and release any old buried pain ... now and forever. Thank you.' Your body may shudder as you say this, indicating that you're successfully releasing old, pent-up pain. If you have memory snippets of past lifetimes, please write them down for future exploration with a past life regression therapist or by listening to a guided meditation CD. 'Solar Plexus Chakra - It is safe for you to be powerful and take charge of your life in positive ways. The angels wish to help you with issues concerning power and control. They first want to reassure you that you are powerful. You, who were made in the image and likeness of your Creator, hold those same qualities, including power. It doesn't matter if you feel it or if you're afraid of your inner might - the fact is: you are powerful. Second, it's safe for you to use your power in loving ways. The angels won't allow you to abuse it, and the people who truly love you will respect and applaud your spirited words and actions. Remember that power doesn't equate to aggression; it simply means being completely authentic with yourself and others. The angels want to remind you that no one else is controlling you, or can control you, without your permission. You always have options and choices, and the angels can help you make those decisions if you ask. They will also assist you in feeling more in control of your life and your spiritual gifts.
 
Action steps: Recline on your back in a quiet location and focus on your solar plexus, which is the energy centre behind your belly button. Say either silently or aloud:
'Archangel Michael, I call upon you now. Please cut any cords of fear from my solar plexus to anyone whom I've given my power away to.' Then inhale and exhale deeply as Michael disentangles you from those whom you feared were controlling you. Then say: 'Archangel Michael, please give me the courage to take complete responsibility for every aspect of my life.'
 
'You're a Leader - St Joan of Arc: You're called upon to use your leadership skills to help an important cause. You probably know or suspect the nature of this endeavour already. You have natural qualities that will inspire others to help. Even if you don't think of yourself in this way, trust that this card comes to you as a clear message of your selection for this position. Through prayer, God, Joan of Arc, and other saints and angels will give you clear guidance as to how to be the best leader. Your Divinely guided actions and words will motivate others into positive work. A leader best serves by being a living example and role model, so live in such a way that others admire your integrity and strength of character.' St Joan of Arc is an inspiration to anyone who feels called to help, yet worries about whether one individual can make a difference. At age 15 the French farm girl had a vision in which she saw lights and heard voices (which she later identified as Saints Michael, Catherine and Margaret amongst others) telling her to save France from the English invasion. Joan followed her Divine guidance, successfully led the French army to victory, and installed Charles VII as king of France. After her success, she was sold to the English, where she was tried, convicted and burned alive for heresy. Twenty-three years after her death, the charges against Joan of Arc were dropped. She's a patron saint of those who are persecuted for their spiritual beliefs and for women in the service corps.
 
Your crystal of the week is Aquamarine - this can range in colour from pale green to blue. It is one of my most favourite crystals because it reminds me of the sea; strong and cleansing. There is a beach in the South of Cornwall called Sennen Cove where the sea is always the colour of aquamarine no matter what time of year it is and when the tide is out it is a great place to pick up pieces of natural sea glass which are often the same colour. Sennen Cove is also a place where I imagine mermaids to dwell :-) dancing in and out of the aquamarine waves, collecting the pieces of sea glass and shells on the shore for their personal treasure boxes.

'Aquamarine - Release.
Aquamarine is a lovely blue crystal in the beryl family. This stone resonates at a frequency that opens and clears the throat chakra, facilitating communication and enhancing one's ability to perceive the energy behind the words of others. It is a Water element stone, and so it reflects Water's energy by promoting clarity, movement, and especially release. The act of release is a vitally important act in the process of growth. The act of release allows room to be made in your life and heart for those things that you wish to create. There is a well known saying which illustrates the truth of the release process: "If you love something, set it free. If it is yours, it will come back to you. If it does not, then it never was." While it is important for you to develop ideas about what you would like to create, it is not necessary for you to obsess about them in order for them to manifest. Sometimes, focusing too much upon the form that a manifestation will take can actually inhibit the Universe's ability to aid you in your creation. Aquamarine reminds us to 'give away' our attachment to our own creations, releasing their hold over our present reality. When we release the essence of what we wish to create, the Universe will provide the perfect form for its manifestation. Another old proverb that reflects the power that is in the process of release is the one that states you can't squeeze a fist full of water. The harder you squeeze, the faster it will run out of your hand. It is only when you release your grip, and allow the water to flow that you can experience its true beauty and energy. The same is true of life. If we attempt to control everything too tightly, we lose our ability to experience the essence of our experiences. It is only through the act of release that we are able to find our true path and receive the gifts that the Universe has for us.
Additional message for Aquamarine: Aquamarine has appeared today as a reminder that it is only by releasing the old that we can make way for the new. Perhaps you are holding on too tightly to an idea or situation that needs to be released in order to take on the form that is most beneficial for you at this time. The Universe will always create that which is for your highest good - if you allow it too. Aquamarine is asking you to take inventory of your life and possessions, and to release that which no longer fits who you are. Create a give-away ceremony in which you release those aspects from your life; giving away the energy of control, and allowing yourself to have faith that the Universe will use that energy to create what is in your highest good. Clean out your closets, both inner and outer, and create space for the new to take form. Allow the light of Spirit to enter and fill your body and mind.
Affirmation: I release that which no longer serves, and accept Universal abundance.'
